And yet, despite its rarity in everyday cooking, molasses holds a powerful place in our memories—those soft, spiced cookies from grandma’s kitchen, warm with nostalgia. That emotional connection sparked an idea at Innova Brands: what if we reinvented this overlooked classic into something lighter, more versatile, and worthy of everyday use?
After two years of formulating, tasting, and testing, the result is Molässa—molasses, reimagined.

Molässa is molasses reimagined. It’s the juice of pure, US-grown sugar cane, with far less processing than traditional molasses. As a result, it’s much lighter, much sweeter, and far more versatile than how most people think of molasses. It most definitely isn’t what grandma had in the back of the pantry.
